Wellington Maidana

Research fellowship

Wellington Maidana received a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Technological - Paraná (UTFPR) in Brazil from 2012 to 2017. During the graduation, participated in the double diploma program between UTFPR and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB). At the end of the program, he received an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from IPB in the year 2017. Since 2016, Wellington Maidana has been dedicated to research in a SilkHouse Project, funding by FCT (Foundation of Science and Technology) of Portugal, whose main objective is the development of an intelligent microgrid based on renewable resources. Currently, he is a researcher at the Research Center in Digitization and Intelligent Robotics (CeDRI).
