Director at the Braganza “Ciência Viva” Science Centre (CCVB) since 28 of January 2016 until june 2024. Coordinator of CCVB from 2007 to 27 of January 2016. Master’s degree in Nature Management and Conservation at the University of Azores. Post-graduation in History of Science and Science Education at the University of Aveiro and University of Coimbra (interdisciplinary PhD). Degree in Forest Engineering at the Polytechnical Institute of Braganza. Currently PhD candidate in Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). Member of ScicomPt - National Science Communicators Network, being part of the Board of this Association from October 2017 to May 2020.
