CITIES – Smart cities fully integrated, efficient and sustainable (CYTED network 518RT0558)

The action presented in "Intelligent Cities Fully Integrated, Efficient and Sustainable (CITIES)" has as its general objective the development of a strategic planning methodology that helps to take the cities of the region towards sustainability. The main goal is the creation of intelligent cities, not only more efficient and sustainable, but also completely integrated. This involves climate change and the environment, integral urban development and governance.

RISIGED – Ibero-American network of distributed generation hybrid systems (CYTED network 717RT0534)

This project aims to promote the cooperation between the different groups of participants in the Ibero-American sphere in order to develop synergies and the exchange of experiences in relation to the distributed generation using hybrid systems. It also intends to contribute to the development of knowledge technical, training and integration of hybrid systems in the different energy scenarios, of the participating countries, in a sustainable way.

SmartParking (Implantation of Multi-Agent System in Industrial Cyber-Physical Environment)

This project involves the study and development of multi-agent solutions for cyber-physical systems, focusing on distributed (and decentralized) negotiation strategies, as well as the deployment of agents in physical platforms. The validation of the proposed approach considers two case studies related to the intelligent management of parking lots, considering that agents negotiate vacancies of an intelligent parking lot in a decentralized way, aiming to optimize the use of resources.

Optimum Mapping with Multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

The project aims the production of 3D topological maps of indoor environments using multiple UAVs and global optimization algorithms in order to efficiently search the environment and coordinate all request operations.
